12U Co-Ed League

This age group practices 1 or 2 nights per week at Quail Hollow Middle School or another local school or church nearby. Games for this age group are usually on Saturday afternoons. We do play some cross league games with South Charlotte in this age group so there can be 1 or 2 games played at their gyms, otherwise all games are at Quail Hollow Middle School. This age group plays with regular high school rules and 7 minute quarters. Players go through a pre-season evaluation process so that we can divide the teams up evenly. We generally limit the roster size of each team to no more than 8 players. Each player must play 1 full quarter in the first half and also play in the second half of each game. Players who were 11 or 12 on August 1 of this year are eligible to participate in this age group.
