Overview

At this age group, there are 70-foot bases and 50-foot pitching distance. This age group has open baserunning which allows for advanced baserunning and pitching concepts. The game becomes more like "real" baseball, and we believe this better prepares players for the move to "the big field" when they are 13 years old. In the Fall and Spring seasons, there are Challenge and All-Star teams. 

Teams are usually scheduled 10 games and they are played on Field #3 at Quail Hollow Middle School. There is usually one game per week: one weekday game (Monday through Friday evening) or one Saturday game;  some weeks you might have two games scheduled. There is also an End of Season tournament.

We also offer a "Challenge" program at this level to provide the Advanced level players the opportunity to improve their skills through competitive practices and competition against other associations top players.  Visit our Challenge Baseball page for additional information on this program.
